This is the process that dried pieces are bakes in tunnel Kiln to give maximum strength to each phice. This process completes a brick making cycle.

|
Worming |
This is the process just before baking to gradually prepare
dried pieces for the Kiln baking which uses very high temperature. In this process, all remaining moisture is dried up and minor oxidization takes place for some particles. |
Baking |
All the pieces are baked in 1250°C. In this process, expansion and
re-positioning of basic particles/elements take place, thus creating dense structural formation to give maximum strength to the product. Maintaining consistent Kiln temperature is a determining factor in dictating product color and uniformity. |
Environment change |
Internal Kiln environment is changed by LP gas to fix the color by
secondary oxidization. |
Cooling |
This is a safe cooling process, which can affect the finished look
of the product and the durability from extreme cold temperature. Therefore, cooling speed is controlled automatically by the main computer to improve quality. |
