Drying |
Cut pieces are dried by automatically controlled hot and
cold air-cooling system to remove moisture. To maintain optimum level of drying, all the sensitive working elements such as drying chamber temperature, rotation of hot and cold air, air blowing pressure and speed, etc are controlled automatically. -Drying chamber; 75~85°C -Drying time: 72 hours -Moisture retention; 1.5~2.5% |
Conveyer cart stacking |
Completely dried pieces are stacked in conveyer car by
automated robot system. To produce various product colors, pieces can be stacked horizontally or vertically etc. Stacked pieces are now moved to baking chamber conveyer via worming room. |
