1st grinding |
Already ground raw material is again ground to the size of 1.2 ~ 1.5 mm |
Silo |
Ground and mixed raw material is stored to mature for 2 weeks. This
process ensures even and consistent distribution of water within raw material. |
Final sifting |
Matured raw material is again more finely sifted and mixed to achieve
optimum mixing ratio. |
Optimum maxing ratio |
After the final sifting, raw material is mixed in optimum ratio. |
2nd grinding |
Using grinder space set at 0.8mm (or below), matured and resifted
raw material is very finely ground again, enabling the raw material to be ground to the size of 1mm, or less. This process is essential in achieving good quality product surface, thus improving the entire product quality to next level. |
