In this process, raw material from the 1st phase is kneaded/shaped to produce various shapes and sizes, after being mixed with water and vacuum pressed.
|
|
1st mixing |
Very finely ground raw material is evenly mixed with water. |
2nd mixing |
After the 1st mixing, raw material’s water level is controlled
and maintained consistently by automatic water control system, before being sent to kneading/shaping machine. This process therefore enables each product to maintain its consistency and high strength. |
Kneading and shaping |
Perfectly mixed raw material is pressed in the vacuum chamber to
expel air within the mix, and kneaded/shaped to produce clay bricks, yellow bricks, paving blocks in various shapes and sizes. This is the determining process that dictates product’s strength, quality, and surface finish. |
Cutting |
After kneading/shaping, shaped mix is cut in accordance with required
product measurements. This is therefore a crucial process that determines
product’s size/shape and flexibility. |
Stacking |
In this process, shaped and cut pieces are stacked up in drying cart. |
