2nd Phase Kneading/Shaping Process


In this process, raw material from the 1st phase is kneaded/shaped to produce various shapes and sizes, after being mixed with water and vacuum pressed.
1st mixing	Very finely ground raw material is evenly mixed with water.

2nd mixing	After the 1st mixing, raw material’s water level is controlled and maintained consistently by automatic water control system, before being sent to kneading/shaping machine. This process therefore enables each product to maintain its consistency and high strength.

Kneading and shaping	Perfectly mixed raw material is pressed in the vacuum chamber to expel air within the mix, and kneaded/shaped to produce clay bricks, yellow bricks, paving blocks in various shapes and sizes. This is the determining process that dictates product’s strength, quality, and surface finish.

Cutting	After kneading/shaping, shaped mix is cut in accordance with required product measurements. This is therefore a crucial process that determines product’s size/shape and flexibility.

Stacking	In this process, shaped and cut pieces are stacked up in drying cart.
