After preparing detailed construction drawings based on architectural plans, ideal location for a mixing machine needs to be identified. In addition, detailed Bill of Quantity for building materials needs to be prepared, considering the entire building process

1. Mixing has to be done by a motorized mixing machine. Avoid manual mixing.
2. Due to limited working space, if a hand mixer is used, make sure to turn the mixer sufficiently
to mix auto alignment brick Remi-tal and water until all the lumps are completed dissolved.
3. When using a motorized mixing machine, make sure to check mixed condition before applying.
4. After the first mixing, the mixed mortar needs to be used within one hour. If the mortar mix
becomes too thick, remixing is allowed. But the remixed mortar has to be applied within
2 hours from the first mixing.
5. Optimum mixing ratio is 4-5 liter water per one bag (25kg) of auto alignment brick Remi-tal.

1. Ensure to use bricks which have passed KS L4201 quality standards
2. Other particles stuck to brick surface has to be removed before using
3. 1 cm line spacing is standard
4. Make sure to apply sufficient mortar in vertical line spacing as you finish up each layer
5. Standard daily building height is 1.2m (18 layers), not exceeding 1.5m
6. Line spacing mortar needs to be tidied up as soon as possible before mortar dries up,
using a proper too

1. After brick-laying process has been completed, any unnecessary vibration, impact, and weight
application has to be avoided until completely dried.
2. Completed brick structure needs to be washed within 7 days, using high-pressure tap.
Instruction on washing solution and high-pressure tap is to follow.
3.Washing solution can damage mortar. Therefore, make sure to check the quality of washing
solution, and to wait until mortar is completely dry before washing.

- Like the cement ingredients, it generates acidic elements when it is in contact with sweat
and tears etc, causing irritation in eyes, skin or other respiratory system, and skin
inflammation.
- Make sure to avoid any contact in the eyes. In the event of eye contact, wash the eyes
immediately with clean water, and consult with the eye specialist.
- Make sure to avoid skin contact.
- When handling, it is advised to wear protection mask, specs, and gloves.
- Avoid any contact with babies and children
- Store in dry place, and use up as soon as possible after opening
