'SAMHAN C1' values your personal information and complies with the Act on Promotion of Information and Communication Network Utilization and Protection. Through the Privacy Policy, we inform you about the use of the personal information provided by you and how it is used and what measures are being taken to protect your personal information. If the privacy policy is revised, the website notice (or individual notice) will be notified.

This policy will take effect on 6 August 2018.

1. Purpose of personal information processing

'SAMHAN C1' processes personal information for the following purposes: Personal information processed is not used for purposes other than the following and will be consulted in advance if the purpose of use is changed.

• ① Personal information is processed for the purpose of providing goods or services, providing contents, and providing customized services.

2. Period of personal information processing and retention

• ① SAMHAN C1 processes and retains personal information within the period of use and possession of personal information that has been agreed to when collecting personal information from the information subject or person in accordance with the Act.
• ② The personal information processing and retention period for each is as follows.

3. The rights, responsibilities and users of the information and legal representatives can exercise the following rights as the subjects of personal information.

• ① The information subject may exercise his right to access personal information, to review, correct, delete, or suspend processing at any time for SAMHAN C1.
• ② The rights exercise pursuant to Article 1 of the Enforcement Decree of the Personal Information Protection Act shall be conducted in writing, e-mail, and transmission (FAX) without delay.
• ③ The rights exercise under paragraph 1 may be conducted through a representative, such as a legal representative of the information body or a person entrusted with it. In this case, you must submit a letter of attorney according to the form No. 11 of the Enforcement Rules of the Privacy Act.
• ④ The right of the information subject may be restricted under Article 35 paragraph 5 of the Privacy Act or Article 37 paragraph 2 of the Personal Information Protection Act.
• ⑤ Request for correction or deletion of personal information may not be required if the personal information is specified in other statutes for deletion.
• ⑥ SAMHAN C1 verifies whether the person who made the request is a person or a legitimate agent, such as an access request for information subject rights, correction or deletion, or request for suspension of processing.

4. Creating items for personal information handling

SAMHAN C1 deals with the following personal information items:

• Required: Author, telephone number, email
• Selected item: company name, position, fax, address

5. Disposal of personal information

In principle, SAMHAN C1 destroys the personal information without delay if the purpose of personal information processing is achieved. The procedure, time period, and method of disposal are as follows.

• Disposal procedure: Information entered by the user is transferred to a separate database after achieving the purpose (separated documents in paper) and after being stored for a certain period of time or immediately destroyed according to the internal policy and other related statutes. In this case, personal information transferred to the DB is not used for any other purpose unless it is subject to law.
• Disposal period : Personal information of the users shall be processed within five days of the expiration of the personal information retention period, when the personal information is not required to be processed within five days from the end of the retention period, such as the completion of the service, and the personal information.
• Destruction Method: Information in electronic file format uses technical methods that cannot reproduce records.

6. Automatic personal information collection

Items related to installation, operation and rejection of the device shall not be used by SAMHAN C1 to store and retrieve the information of the information subject.

7. Creating a person in charge of personal information protection

• ① SAMHAN C1 is responsible for the overall handling of personal information, and designated by the person in charge of personal information protection as follows for the complaints and damages of the information subjects related to personal information handling.

• ② Information subject can contact the personal information protection manager and the responsible department for all personal information protection inquiries, complaints, and damages caused by using the service (or business) of SAMHAN C1. SAMHAN C1 will respond promptly to inquiries from the information subject.

8. Changed Privacy Policy

This Privacy Policy is applied from the date of enforcement and if any changes are added, deleted, or corrected in accordance with the statutes and policies, it will be notified in the notice seven days before the change is effective.

9. Security measures for personal information safety

In accordance with Article 29 of the Privacy Act, SAMHAN C1 carries out the following technical, administrative and physical actions necessary to secure safety

• 1. Conducting regular self-audit: We conduct our own audit on a regular (quarterly) basis to ensure stability in handling personal information.
• 2. Minimization and training of personnel handling personal information: We implement measures to manage personal information by appointing employees who handle personal information, limiting them to those in charge.
• 3. Establishing and implementing an internal management plan: An internal management plan is established and implemented for the safe handling of personal information.
• 4. Restriction of access to personal information: The data is provided for controlling personal information access through granting, changing, and terminating access to the database system that handles personal information. The intrusion prevention system controls unauthorized access from outside.
