As a process of recovering vast amount of cooling heat generated in the firing furnace and drying the moisture contained in the product for about 70 hours while maintaining the temperature at about 100°C, it controls the temperature, humidity, air volume and wind speed to remove moisture up to 2% of the product and completes drying without cracking or deformation.

The required amount of heat before heating is recovered from the cooling zone, preheated so that the sintering can be performed smoothly, and the sintering is carried out by increasing the temperature gradually to 1,250°C. The sintering zone is the section that makes a final finished product, which determines the strength, absorption and color of the product and maintains uniform temperature distribution in the sintering furnace so that a certain product can be produced. Thereafter, the product is completed by quick cooling and slow cooling at the cooling zone.

As the final step of the process, the standard and color are carefully selected and managed by thorough quality control, and the product is automatically packaged by the robot and ready for release. In order to complement the problems that may arise, we carry out the visual inspection process in parallel to supply the products of perfect quality to the consumers.
